I enjoyed reading the arcticle but i still dont know WHERE Dooney and Bourke bags are from... this is for my project and its not really helping... i liked the arcticle... i just still needed more facts... thanks anyhow

I was really hoping I would find some more information on this. But I really didn't. I would of liked to know where it came from, the price range, etc. This was also for a project but I didn't get enough info.

Mine was also for a project, but unfortunately I did not get enough info. I would have liked to have found info. about the designers where they are from and info. on the actual merchandise!

I would have liked some more history too. For inquiring minds that want to know: Dooney & Bourke are located in Conn. I believe they began as harness &/or luggage makers. They still produce luggage, but are better known now for their handbags.

I do know that one of the tell tale signs of a fake is that the leather duck is glued on. The duck is stitched on on all the originals.
